THE WORK:
As a ServiceNow ITSM consultant, you will be a part of Agile development team and perform hands on technical development work. The role will be based in Wellington with hybrid working opportunity.
+ Deliver end to end automated solutions which include technical implementation of ServiceNow Platform, Core System and Applications + Ability to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow + Organise and prioritise development effort, interfacing with vendors and management and coordinate with additional administrators + Create and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, data imports and exports + Translate business requirements into technical requirements for defined user stories. + Provide project team with ServiceNow configuration and customization expertise for defined features, including industry and ServiceNow best practices + Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation + Integrating S...
