The role involves deep platform customization, integrations, and collaboration with global stakeholders to deliver scalable and high‑quality ITSM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules :
- Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge
- Develop and maintain:
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications
- Workflows & Flow Designer
- Implement and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices
- Build and support REST/SOAP integrations
