Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Developer for our ServiceNow SPM practice in Singapore. You will lead the technical delivery of SPM implementations end-to-end — from scoping workshops through configuration, integration, data migration and hypercare. This is a techno-functional role: you write and review the hardest configuration yourself, and you hold the customer conversation without a handler.
What You Will Do: Lead the technical design
of SPM solutions — demand-to-delivery flows, resource capacity models, financial planning structures, portfolio hierarchies, and Agile / hybrid delivery configurations. Own the hardest build work yourself
— Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, client scripts, ACLs, Performance Analytics, and SPM Workspace customisation. Integrate SPM
with upstream and downstream systems — Jira, Azure DevOps, financial systems, HR systems — via REST, MID Server, and Integration Hub. Run customer workshops
with PMO leaders, finance partners, ...
