Job Description:
- He should be able to lead end to end ServiceNow delivery projects.
- Well verse with ITIL/ISO20K and ServiceNow.
- Must have done multiple ITSM functional consulting assignment.
- Well aware about Process and tool alignment
- Must have handled Integrated setup of tools (monitoring, service management and dashboarding)
- Should have hands on experience in ServiceNow CSM, ITSM and ITOM configurations
- 01st Preferences CSM and ITSM and 02nd Preferences ITOM
- ITIL and ServiceNow certified.
- Must have team handling and management skills.
