We are currently supporting a leading, AI-driven technology organisation in Abu Dhabi that is undergoing a major enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation. As part of a greenfield implementation, they are looking to appoint a ServiceNow Product Owner to drive the design and governance of their enterprise service platform.
This is a strategic role, focused on building a structured, scalable service model across multiple business functions ensuring ServiceNow is positioned as a true enterprise platform rather than a traditional ticketing tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise-wide service taxonomy, catalogue structure, and governance framework
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow workflows including approvals, SLAs, escalation paths, and fulfilment logic
