  • Validate that platform functionality works as expected, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and designs

  • Interpret and validate technical specifications and designs for ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Validate application functionality built by developers and system administrators before promoting the configuration into production

  • Create comprehensive test plans and coordinate all test activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
