Job Description
Responsibilities
- Validate that platform functionality works as expected, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and designs
- Interpret and validate technical specifications and designs for ServiceNow applications and modules
- Validate application functionality built by developers and system administrators before promoting the configuration into production
- Create comprehensive test plans and coordinate all test activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate customer testing activities, including test plan creation, test case development, and test execution
- Lead and execute automated testing using ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Collaborate within an Agile Safe environment to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Ensure proficiency and best practices across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM)
