Job Description
Matchtech is looking for a Service Mapping Lead (ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB) to run end-to-end service mapping activities across a complex enterprise environment. This role demands strong engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and allows for 90% remote work with some client site visits.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service mapping within large enterprises, and practical knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB. Key responsibilities include leading mapping activities and establishing service taxonomy standards.
