Job Description
- Experience: 8-12 years in ServiceNow, with at least 5 years in a techno-functional or architectural role.
- Should understand Architecture, Database and design and develop new requirement.
- Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs, ETL methods.Lead end-to-end functional and technical design for ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, and ITAM.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into solution blueprints, user stories, acceptance criteria, Visio/architecture diagrams, and functional specs.
- Architect and implement robust integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub) with third-party systems like LDAP, AD, SAP, Workday, using APIs and ETL.
