Job Description
Role and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
- Develop workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and scripts within ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement vendor risk assessment workflows and compliance tracking.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
- Maintain documentation for development, configuration, and processes.
- Provide support for upgrades and platform enhancements.
