About the job Services and Property Manager KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Accountable and responsible for managing the utilities (compressed air HP & LP, refrigeration, , raw material handling, electrical infrastructure, and plant air conditioning. Accountable and responsible for managing property maintenance. Accountable and responsible for fire protection and security. Preparing and managing the utility services and engineering projects budgets Ensuring that all equipment is well maintained and optimally utilised. Driving cost reduction initiatives Designing and implementing maintenance systems in services Managing the central workshop KEY COMPETENCIES Minimum 4 years experience in Engineering or Utilities Manager or Utilities Controller Role BSc Engineering degree (Elect/Mech) or B Tech (Elect/Mech) with a GCC Factories 3 - 5 years Utilities and Engineering projects experience essential Intermediate to advanced Excel Good understanding of OHS Act
