Job Description

Within the Corporate Projectsand Services Department and reporting to the Department Group Leader, this rolehas the responsibility to procure Projects Transportation Services and developCost Estimates for Commercial Proposals:

Key Activities & Responsibilities  within Projects, Sourceand procure logistics/shipping services in compliance with Available Budget, ProjectSchedule, Required Service Levels, Contracted Scope of Work & Qualityrequirements:

  • develop and propose Project Tender Strategy;
  • coordinate with Internal Stakeholders to secureon time availability of tender documents;
  • prepare, Develop, Manage and Run complex tendersin autonomy;
  • assess Financial and Compliance Risk ofForwarders in order to identify and mitigate potential risks;
  • analyze tender data, perform scenario analysisand develop negotiation strategy;
