Set-Up Technician – 1st Shift
We have an immediate opening for a Set Up Technician in our Martinsburg, WV Facility.
The Set Up Technician will be responsible for the set-up of work centers, assist operators when needed and perform general floor work when needed. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
Set up all work centers within the department in accordance with procedures and make necessary adjustments to achieve a part that meets all specifications.Interpret blue prints, customer specifications and job orders.Monitor work center capabilities and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.Analyze problems and assist supervisor and workers in solving work problems.Suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work related goals and assist supervisor in initiat...
