Key Performance Areas
- Settling drivers balances – Settle drivers balances.
- Order entry – Record customers’ orders into the company's order handling system, resulting in a sales order.
- Filing – File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find.
- Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems.
- Driver queries – Addressing issues raised by drivers, whether they relate to route issues, payment, administrative concerns, or vehicle-related problems.
- Drawing up of Sales Reports – Preparing reports on settlement activities, providing updates on transaction status.
