On-site - Iloilo No Exp Required High/Senior High School Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Mag-house to house visit sa Home Credit clients to negotiate and collect payments.
- Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Handle questions or complaints of client his/her outstanding balance.
- Meet company target for recoveries.
Qualifications
- Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10.
