- Design air and liquid cooling solutions for server systems
- Perform system‑level thermal architecture trade‑off studies
- Run thermal simulations using FloTHERM, FloEFD, or similar tools
- Execute hands‑on thermal testing, validation, and debugging
- Analyse and resolve complex thermal issues to closure
