We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of application services and Azure cloud platforms , ensuring stability, performance, and seamless service delivery for business‑critical systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Own application and Azure service delivery
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes (ITIL‑based)
- Lead major incident management and root cause analysis
- Coordinate across application, cloud, infrastructure, and vendor teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
- Drive continuous service improvement and ensure SLA compliance
