Seeking a Sexual Health Nurse Practitioner for headspace Cannington. The role involves providing information, assessments, interventions, case management and psychoeducation to reduce the spread of HIV, Sexually Transmissible Infections (STIs) and Blood Borne Viruses (BBVs) and improve health outcomes for young people and families.
headspace provides a unique opportunity to work with young people (12–25-year-olds) to improve their mental, physical, and social determinants of health.
