Job Description:
• 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
• Minimum of 3 End-End implementations of SuccessFactors RCM
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Recruiting in compliance with the best practices.
• Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting, Modelling, and extraction.
• Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
• Good experience in configuration of “Roles Based Permissions”.
• Candidate should have experience in configuration of provisioning.
• Should be able to configure “Families and Roles” in the system.
• Should have experience with SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting and production deployment.
