Role Summary
Leads complex multi-workstream HRTech transformation programs, providing strategic project governance, executive client partnership, and cross-team leadership at scale. Carries competency leadership accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Portfolio Leadership: Lead large, complex multi-workstream HRTech programs. Define program governance structures, frameworks, and reporting cadence.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Manage C-suite and senior executive stakeholder relationships across client and RA. Lead steer co presentations and drive program decision‑making.
- Strategic Risk Management: Anticipate program‑level risks and design mitigation strategies. Lead escalation response for critical program issues.
