Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize applications in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Configure Service Cloud features such as Cases, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, CTI, Email-to-Case, and Service Console.
Build custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create workflows, validation rules, flows, process automation, and approval processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Perform deployments using Change Sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain security standards including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
