- Required Skills & Experience:
- Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
- Solid hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages).
- Proven track record of building and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social, etc.).
- Ability to design data‑driven journeys and personalisation strategies for various customer lifecycle stages.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS knowledge for email and landing page development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs for data management and process automation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non‑technical audience.
