Education – BE ( Mech ) / Dip
Experience – 5 to 10
Location – Hazira
Roles & Responsibilities –
Understanding the surface treatment requirement, Reading the customer specification, prepare the procedure.
Stage inspection of surface preparation & coating activities as per specification / inspection test plan
ensuring good paint quality and Aesthetic look of painted components
To oversee material procurement and handling painting
actively manage & supervise the whole management of paint shop
advise on technical aspects & modernize the paint process & shop
implement & monitor continuous improvement to the enhance efficiency & quality of paint application
co-ordinate with internal customer & vendor in terms of Technical & commercial aspect.
to evolve an efficient, punctual, technically modernized and efficient system with higher tendency to give quality output.
