Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees in PH, SG, and AU in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and final pay.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records, benefits, and statutory contributions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors for payroll execution and compliance.
- Stay updated on tax and labor laws in PH, SG, and AU.
- Prepare and file government-mandated reports and remittances.
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits by preparing and validating required documentation.
- Contribute to the migration from manual payroll processes to automation by collaborating with HRIS and Finance teams to integrate payroll operations with the Bill platform.
