Location: Remote (Must reside in British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan)
Contract Type: Fixed term contract (6 months)
Pay Rate: C$27.35/hour
JOB TITLE: Insurance Compliance & Training Specialist (Contract)
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-sale insurance business reviews for select independent licensed insurance agents, including new agents, special supervision agents, and agents under investigation
- Initiate, review, track, and report client and agent file reviews in compliance with department policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare reports identifying statistics, trends, and training opportunities for field agents
- Provide corrective coaching and training to agents to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
