Salary: £120,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 5PQE+
Contract Type: Permanent

- Drafting and implementing tax advantaged and non‑tax advantaged share schemes including EMI, CSOP, LTIP, JSOP, growth shares
- Transactional support for private and public listed companies as well as IPOs
- Senior executive incentive plans
