Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Core Responsibilities
- Establish the Shared Services function, including structure and operating model
- Recruit, organize, and manage the initial accounting team
- Plan staffing levels and monitor utilization and output
- Lead process transitions and operational initiatives
- Put in place basic workflows, controls, and performance tracking
- Maintain service standards and drive continuous improvements
- Work closely with business leaders and support teams
Qualifications
- Strong experience in managing teams and day-to-day operations
- Project management exposure, especially in setup or transition work
- Understanding of accounting or finance processes
- Effective communicator with a hands-on leadership style
