SHE & Assistant Maintenance Manager

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide safety, health, and environmental policies.

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Implement and maintain the ISO system

  • Maintain the Hazard Identification Tracker and Ensure the timely closure of Hazards identified.

  • Design and deliver SHE training programs for employees.

  • Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.

  • Monitor SHE performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders regarding SHE compliance to all Statutory and Regulatory requirements
