Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality industrial components and systems for a variety of sectors. They are seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Sheet Metal Fabricator:
Read and interpret CAD drawings and manufacturing instructions for custom ductwork assemblies
Measure, mark, cut, and shape sheet metal using shop tools and equipment
Prepare and clean metal components by deburring, grinding, and sanding edges
Assemble sheet metal segments and damper components using hand tools and fixtures
Perform basic tack-welding to secure sub-assemblies for further processing
Conduct self-inspections using measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
