**_Project Locations_** : Mechanicsburg PA, York PA, Lancaster PA, Carlisle PA
**_Schedule_** : Monday - Friday on First Shift.
**_Job Type_** : Temp to Hire. 40+ hours a week.

This role involves installing, assembling, and fabricating ductwork on a new-construction commercial job site. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Job Requirements**
+ Install, assemble, and fabricate ductwork on new-construction commercial job sites.
+ Perform accurate layout and measurements for duct installation.
+ Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
+ Reliable transportation, tools, PPE.
+ 4+ years of Commercial HVAC/Sheet Metal experience.
