Job Description
Serve as a Pastor within our vibrant community of the Appalachian Advent Christian Association in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for spiritually passionate individuals ready to lead.
Our association is experiencing growth and is in need of several pastors, both full-time and interim, as beloved leaders retire. Candidates should possess the qualifications from 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and a willingness to learn and grow in their ministerial journey. Preaching roles may also be available for specific Sundays and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide congregations across the Appalachian Advent Christian Association
• Preach and lead worship services as needed
• Support churches during transitions and pastoral shifts
• Promote spiritual engagement and community involvement
• Assist in planning church activities and outreach
