Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests during assigned shift or day duty to ensure products/supplies meet established standards and guidelines.
- Operate laboratory equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
- Document laboratory activities for reference and maintain accurate record keeping.
- Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in the absence of the Senior Chemist.
- Handle TRI/LTIR, COPQ, FPC, Complaint Index, OI, Cost Smart, OTIF metrics.
- Conduct shift work testing and calibration activities: maintain a safe lab environment, test in‑process, supply, and finished products, compile data for daily activities and laboratory KPIs, ensure accuracy and timely completion, prioritize based on operational needs, prepare and standardize chemical reagents, ensure availability of supplies, perform sp...
