Mission of the role Join us as a Shift Breakdown Technician and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing autonomous drilling equipment. You will support daily operations, drive equipment reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while always ensuring safety and compliance. Your Mission Perform planned maintenance, diagnose faults, and resolve breakdowns to minimise downtime. Support autonomous systems: Troubleshoot and optimise RCS, sensors, and automation technologies. Drive reliability: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring equipment failures. Ensure safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Monitor and report performance: Provide accurate maintenance reports and feedback to stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders: Work closely with site teams, product specialists, and clients.
