Job Description
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Shift outcome achieves customer contractual services levels.
- Monitor and enforce procedural compliance for employees, and ensure corrective action is taken for all non-conformances on shift.
- Continuous improvements for shift actively pursued. Hold staff on shift to account.
- Shift plan includes staffing and equipment according to volume and timing. Report on Shift outcome (Plan vs. Actual)
- Consistently disciplined and trained staff on shift. Schedule and conduct / Hold staff meetings.
- Ensure that all staff is trained accordingly and certified.
- Resolve staff issues and queries promptly.
- Decisions taken guided by company values / values into account.
- Employees are constantly reminded of values.
- Responsible for shift planning by planning shifts in advance.
