* Job Location*: Hershey, PA This is a 12 hour - night shift position. * Summary: * The Hershey Company West Hershey plant is a Union plant producing products such as White & Dark Paste, Kisses, Nuggets, Milk Bars, Almond Bars, Rolo, Syrup & Cookies and Crème in a high-speed complex environment. This position is responsible for managing a superior safe, quality, efficient and cost-effective operation through proficiently leading and directing Production Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors and hourly maintenance and production employees to ensure compliance with established company rules, plant policies and procedures on a specific shift. Also responsible for meeting set production schedules with minimum downtime and production loss, Sanitation, CIP, logistics and responsible for the overall plant assets on that shift. * Responsibilities: * · Provide a highly visible and accessible presence throughout the Plant on assigned shift.
