Weare on the hunt for a couple of Shift Managers at our BK Restaurants in Invercargill Region.
You must be able to work some night and weekend shifts!
Asa Shift Manager, you are responsible for:
- Thisis a hands-on position, you will also work to make and serve: big, bold,deliciousness (great burgers) to everyone.
- Supervisea small team of Fast Food workers (Cooks & Kitchen Hands) and support themto be successful by coaching, ensuring breaks are taken etc.
- Ensurethat all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality andcustomer measures.
- Problemsolve should issues arise and elevate to experts as required e.g. if kitchenmachinery require repairing.
