What does the job look like?
The Shift Manager plays a key role in leading a high-performing and cohesive warehouse team, ensuring BevChain’s contracted outcomes are delivered safely, on time and within cost. This role sits at a leadership level within the Distribution Centre, with a focus on driving performance through Team Managers, maintaining strong safety standards, and overseeing overall shift operations.
Based at Laverton, Linfox’s largest multi-user site, you will be responsible for effective resource management, working closely with Warehouse leadership to meet customer requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the site. While the role has a strong outbound focus, it operates as a general Shift Manager role supporting broader warehouse functions including inbound, loading, and dispatch operations.
