Shift Operations Manager

Overview of the role Reporting to the depot manager, the shift operations manager will lead and manage warehouse operations during the assigned shift, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products in line with GDP, SOPs, and regulatory standards. The role is accountable for operational performance, people leadership, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement across the shift.Managing a team of 4, the SOM will work Mon - Fri 9-5pm. The SOM will be required to support with holiday cover on the twilight shift, working 4pm - midnight 5 weeks a year.
