+ Prioritizing & maintaining a safe work environment in line with ADM’s safety priorities including Performance Excellence and a commitment to achieving Zero injuries.
+ Total commitment to people safety, food safety, quality, environmental compliance and process improvement
+ Responsible for all plant operations on off shifts and as needed weekends.
