Shift: 4ON 4OFF Nights - 18:00pm-06:00am
Salary: £35,621 basic + £2000 night allowance per annum
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse team and supporting the Shift Managers in meeting the safety and operational requirements.
Key Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:
Assist the Shift Manager in delivering the warehouse operation, and supporting with responding to any operational issues within the warehouse.Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the warehouse staff.Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all warehouse activities.Take ownership for disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases within the shift.Support the delivery of communication briefings so that all colleagues have been briefed and informed.Ensure compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety policy and procedures th...
