Job Description
- Monitor Building Management System (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS), and Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems.
- Perform routine inspections of critical systems such as UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, and PDUs.
- Ensure all systems are operating within defined parameters.
- Respond to alarms, faults, and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
- Participate in incident reporting and root cause analysis.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all critical equipment.
- Support vendors during corrective maintenance and major repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and maintenance work.
