Job Description
Looking for Ship agency operator with below JD.
- Coordinate port calls, vessel berthing, bunkering
- Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents
- Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely turnaround.
- Support marine crew with documentation and shore requirements.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents including B/L, manifest, port clearance, etc.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, safety regulations (ISM/ISPS), and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of operation and documents.
- Track cargo movement and ensure proper handling, storage and delivery.
- Liaise with shippers, consignees, and logistics providers.
- Act as point of contact between vessel, office, and external stakeholders.
- Provide updates to clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
