Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in the end-to-end process for project and corporate financing of vessels, including preparation of financing proposals, due diligence information, and loan drawdown documentation.
- Prepare presentations and papers to support internal decision-making, senior management, and Board approvals.
- Assist in the execution of hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate and foreign exchange risks.
- Support affiliate companies in covenant tracking and monitoring of secured credit facilities, while staying current on ship financing activities and shipping industry trends.
- Provide ad-hoc support for treasury-related activities, including M&A due diligence, evaluation of investment opportunities, and other assigned duties.
