Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ A minimum of two to three years of applicable welding experience
+ ASNT NDT Level III Certification, or relevant experience.
+ One (1) other relevant technical certification or qualification such as American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Supervisor, AWS Certified Weld Inspector, or other.

+ Read and interpret specifications
+ Read and understand shipboard installation drawings, blueprints, and job orders
