Salary Range: $20.00 To $20.00 Hourly
Hours: Mondays - Thursdays 5:30am - 4pm $20Essential Functions:
+ Assists with completing all tasks required in the shipping process.
+ Assists with coordinating daily shipments with Production Supervisors.
+ Assembles cardboard containers and affixes shipping labels.
+ Prepares/packages orders for shipments according to the customer’s shipping instructions.
+ Verifies/weighs/measures shipment accuracy against job traveler.
+ Assists the Warehouse Shipping Administrator with generating Bills of Lading and Packing Slips.
+ Accurately enters job specific information into Sturges integrated computer system.
+ Manages shipping material inventory levels.
+ Contacts freight companies for shipment pick up.
+ Loads trucks.
+ Assist with cycle counts.
