+ Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday (2:00pm – 10:00pm)
+ Weekly Paycheck
Responsibilities include but are not limited to **:**
+ Track inbound and outbound shipments, entering customer orders and making updates as needed.
+ Process PO’s and print shipping labels.
+ Communicate with distribution and production team regarding any order changes or out-of-stock items.
+ Answer phones and emails from customers regarding order questions or issues. Escalate or transfer to appropriate department as needed.
