- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus

- Manage shipment documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, to support smooth customs clearance
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on import and export shipment preparation, including cargo pick-up and shipping marks
- Liaise with freight forwarders on cargo space and shipment arrangements
- Resolve issues or discrepancies that may occur during the shipping process
- Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchange requests
