Job Title Shipping Assistant Occupation SHIPPING ASSISTANT Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities - Order processing & preparation of shipping documentation (Bill of lading, Invoice & Packing List, Insurance & COO) - Liaising with various stakeholders on orders & delivery schedule - Customs permit declaration - Develop and maintain filing system - Shipment coordination with service providers and shipping companies Qualifications - Customs Competency Certification (Added Advantage) - Proficient in Office 365 applications - Familiar with Dynamics 365 Business Central & ERP systems - Meticulous and self-starter with good communication skills Position: Full Time - Monday to Friday Experience: Clerical Experience: 1 Year (Preferred) Shipping Documentation: 2 Years (Preferred) Candidates without experience will also be considered.
