Job Description
. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
. Process bookings with customers/carriers/NVOCC
. Import/Export ocean document processing
. Coordinate all aspects of shipments
. Maintain consistent communications with customers, esuring prompt responses and fulfillment of all requirements
. To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant declarations ( eg. HB/L , MBL , manifest, pre-alerts, NOA)
