Job Description
Proficient in invoicing, credit notes, advance payment procedures Prepare full documents with the correct contents and high accuracy Handle/Plan the daily operations for local deliveries and export shipment Includes communications and assigning forwarders/couriers/in house driver. Keep track of order deadlines Provide ready/delivery orders status Compute shipping related cost Monitor ready and pending orders Ensure documentations and cargo are in order Deliver/collect products on time Coordinate with Singapore Sales Team on client requirements and billing term status Coordinate with Soteco Italy Shipping/Sales Team for orders in SG conditions SG-Italy documentations Maintain and record Daily Data entry on shipping worksheet Handle issues arising during/after shipment Ensure Soteco invoices are submitted to the dedicated mail upon completion of deliveries.
